Everton faced United in pre-season, playing out a 2-2 draw in Atlanta, USA.
Ndiaye scored in the first half, before an Amad Diallo own goal handed Everton a draw.
As Everton drew level, Ndiaye clashed with United captain Bruno Fernandes off the ball.
Ndiaye dribbled away from Bruno, but the Portuguese midfielder caught the Everton star with an attempted tackle.
That was a pretty nasty challenge, especially for a pre-season game, and Ndiaye did not react kindly.
The pair squared up to each other with some pushing and shoving going on as well, as tempers boiled over in a supposed ‘friendly’.
Bruno attempted to calm the situation after the final whistle, but this is the first time they will share the pitch since that moment.
Ndiaye would love to have the last laugh with an Everton win, but the Toffees must also shut down United’s star playmaker.
