Calvary Polytechnic is a privately owned polytechnic that is located in Owa Oyinbo, Ika North East Local Government, Delta State. Calvary Polytechnic is part of the arm of the Calvary Group of schools, which have their own primary and secondary education.
Calvary Polytechnic was established in 2015, but the polytechnic was approved by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) in 2016 based on the directive of the Federal Government of Nigeria. The Polytechnic, since its establishment, continues to admit students from Delta State and all over Nigeria.
The history of Calvary Polytechnic can be traced back to 1993, when Calvary Nursery and Primary School was established, while the secondary school was established in the year 1996 by its founder, the late Elder Festus Okwuokenye, who is of blessed memory, and Mrs. Okwuokenye.
Calvary Polytechnic started from its modest beginning of being a primary school in 1993, and since then has cemented its footing in producing countless graduates who are doing well in their area of their field.
